Pilotage Fee Calculator

  • Français
Home » Pilotage & Other Charges » Pilotage Fee Calculator

Welcome to the Tariff Calculator. Simply fill in the fields below and an estimate of the pilotage charges will be automatically calculated. Please note that the calculated estimate does not include the travel expense recovery that will be added to each assignment.

The Tariff Calculator provides an estimate of the pilotage fees. It is not intended to be used to calculate complete invoiced amounts. If there are any discrepancies between the amounts calculated by the Tariff Calculator and actual invoiced amounts, the invoiced amounts will be taken as correct.

NOTE: A normal assignment into and out from a pilotage area is a trip and a normal assignment within a compulsory pilotage area is a move.

Pilotage & Other Charges

The Pilotage Act requires that pilotage tariffs be fixed at a level that permits the Authority to operate on a self-sustaining financial basis, and that the tariffs set be fair and reasonable. The goal is to have each area become financially self-sufficient to eliminate cross-subsidization among ports.
